Your Primary responsibilities:
- Operational Risk oversight and 2LoD challenge on aspects of Operational Risk activities.
- Act as the relationship manager for Operational Risk in all risk management engagements.
- To ensure there is sufficient guidance and support for the embedding and effective operation of the OR framework across the firm.
- Exert influence to ensure that the Operational Risk lifecycle activities are properly adhered to: from risk identification, assessment, reporting and monitoring.
Principal duties:
- Work with and collaborate directly with the stakeholders across the firm.
- Organise and manage the delivery of RCSA.
- Support the maintenance of firm-wide policy, standards and procedures sharing knowledge and insight from the professional body and industry.
