Our client seeks talented operational risk expert to join 2Line Opeational Risk.
You will:
- Provide Operational Risk Management engagement to the Business Units & Supporting Functions.
- Oversee & challenge all aspects of Operational Risk activities.
- Ensure there is sufficient guidance and support for the embedding and effective operation of the Operational Risk Framework across the firm.
- Ensure that the Operational Risk lifecycle activities are properly adhered to:
Risk identification
Risk assessment
Risk Reporting
Risk Monitoring
Experience required:
- You will have a sound understanding of the Operational Risk Management Framework and key concepts of Operational Risk Management.
- Knowledge and understanding of Capital Markets.
- Experience in building and maintenance of GRC systems.
- Strong and effective communicator with verbal and visual presentations.
- Strong and influential report writing skills Knowledge and awareness of DCME corporate governance and organisational structures.
The Client:
We are working with a global Investment Bank / Capital Markets business in their search for a Contractor to work within their Operational Resilience team, in their London based office.
This role will involve working with the Head of OpRes in building a resilient organisation, including Incident Management and BCM.
The Role:
- You will be involved in identify resilience related risks across the business
- Be tasked in writing policies and frameworks for the UK and oversee business
- You will work in small function, responsible for Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management
The Requirements:
- Capital Markets experience required
- Understanding of Operational Resilience regulations
- Must have experience working in areas such Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity Management or Crisis Management

Requirements:

- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- High mathematical literacy.
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills.
